The digital mental system from Mindfield
Our digital mental system, also known as Mind Machine or Light & Sound Machine, is based on a very simple discovery. An important brain activity, the so-called brain waves, can be altered with very little effort by means of optic and acoustic stimulation. During stress, insomnia, learning difficulties and many other negative circumstances our brain demonstrates abnormal brain wave patterns. These differ from the normal resting patterns and do not entirely return to the appropriate patterns when rest ensues.
By means of varied frequencies of normal light pulses from diodes mounted on spectacles, and through specially generated sounds (binaural beats) the brain waves can be stimulated and corrected in a positive way. This takes place in a pleasant, comfortable way through our sophisticated software and the use of LED spectacles with headphones. This combination represents the Mindfield Digital Mental System.
